The absolute BEST veterinarian hospital in Los Angeles I've been to. Not only were they so friendly,but took excellent care of my biscuit. There fast, informative and professional. I've taken my dog to numerous hospitals over the years and this one was by far the best. The nurses and front desk were so helpful. took there time helping me with the best food to have her eat. the prices are sooo reasonable! I would have spend 500-800 at Vca, when there bill was half of what I pay there. The receptionist even cut all my dogs meds up so I wouldn't have to ,I didn't even ask. Nikki and Marie thank you for being so kind. Now Dr. Bergstorm was amazing! he was so on it and told me exactly what was wrong with biscuit. He went through every detail of what was wrong and what biscuit needed. even wrote down all the food and probiotics she should eat. she was given all the wrong food ! THANK YOU ! CULVER PALMS ANIMAL HOSPITAL! I'm taking all my dogs and cats there from now on. Nothing but the best for my pups! Btw I'm a dog trainer, so I have to have the best for my clients ! so get down there if you want the best for your dogs and cats. You won't be disappointed.

After realizing how fast my grandpa's dog's nails grow, I started bringing her here to get them trimmed regularly. I usually take her elsewhere based on pricing and her usual vet is miles away, but Culver Palms is walking distance from my grandpa's house, making it a more convenient option.
For nail trims, an appointment isn't necessary, which also makes things easier. I usually stop by in the afternoon and I never have to wait longer than five minutes before they take her to the back. I like how welcoming the waiting area is. They have a Keurig set up with an array of different coffees and teas to enjoy while you wait, as well as free treats for your dog or cat. Some of the treats are in little containers on the counter, while others are in old gumball/candy dispensers near the main doors.
My grandpa's dog has five dewclaws total, all of which grow at a rapid pace. I decided to call in a few weeks ago to see if there was any way I could pay a little less if I only needed her dewclaws cut (since her normal nails get ground down when she goes for walks and don't need to be cut as frequently). They were able to offer me half-off (so $8) for just the dewclaws. That works for me! They even added this rate onto her account that way, moving forward, any of their office staff would be able to accommodate the special pricing without any issue.

I adopted a dog that had never seen a vet office before. The staff at Culver Palms was amazing with my super skittish little one.
She got spayed and a dental scaling and I couldn't be happier with their work. She is very skittish but the staff were super sweet with her.

Excellent customer service from staff. Dr Bergstrom is the best. He has managed my terrier and cat very well. He was able to diagnose them fast and treat them well. He really cares for his pet patients. I will continue to bring my pets here to see him. It's hard to find an honest trustworthy vet and I am happy to have found this vet so close to home. I highly recommend him. I do recommend bringing printout of medical records so you can get a good opinion and diagnosis. He helped with my very sick chi and now she’s doing much better. I am happy.

I definitely recommend this place. We have had many positive experiences here! The doctors are knowledgeable and helpful. The staff is kind. We’ve had dental work done for both our pups here and have had a great results both times.
